topic Credit card in Credit score

I recently applied for a secured credit card from Primor [green dot]. It cost me 200 dollars and I was accepted. My credit score went up, but haven't received my card. They have no record of my social or anything. I dont want to dispute it on my bank card because my credit will go to crap. What should i do if i haven't received my card and i cant talk to customer service?

<P>Is there a reason you cannot contact customer service?
