It’s so hard for me to pay back all my dept and raise my score even with a secured credit card or regular credit card
.... Should I just file bankruptcy

declaring Bankruptcy is a very drastic and expensive step and one that will further limit your ability to improve your credit score. Obtaining credit gets even harder, not easier

a few suggestions

a- many communities have non-profit organizations that help people through credit challenges. check the local library for names of organizations

b - talk to a Bankruptcy attorney and determine if that path is the right one.

Really do some research before filing for bankruptcy. Here's a good place to start: https://blog.mint.com/how-to/bankruptcy-a-to-z-when-to-file-and-how-to-recover/

Whatever you choose to do, just remember that it's a phase in your life. It will pass and it will get better (especially if you learn from it).

Good luck to you!!
