Change in score question

Sometimes my score jumps LARGE amounts of points for no apparent reason. Recently it went up 50 points, then went down 70. Is this normal? I've been on time and often pay my balance in full. I also carry a negative balance on my main card, so I'm not sure what causes these fluctuations.

Which service (score provider) are you using?

Have you tried signing up for Turbo? --> https://turbo.intuit.com/
