so i called transunion necause my score was 524 and i seen a collection from a utility place that i have never had beforw. So i called to dispute this 1,308 charge on my credit. well on dec.28 2018 my score got updated and it was at a 0 now and what i was disputing isnt on the report now. so how did my score become 0? isnt that score worse then having nad credit?
