      <description>&lt;P&gt;try a low limit card like first premier bank which has limits like around $350 or a capital one card.&amp;nbsp; and remember, no shopping sprees &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; the idea is to be 'debt-free' not accumulate debt.&amp;nbsp; spend what you KNOW you can pay off each month.&amp;nbsp; i can't tell you how high my score keeps jumping off by only having a small bal. and paying it off each month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
