topic High Credit Usages in Credit score

I had a 700+ credit score. I have a great on time payment record. But my income dropped because of a disability. Because of that one creditor lowered my credit limit from $2,000 to $113. Another one dropped it from $3,000 to $2,000. Another from $7,000 to $5,000, another from and one from $2,000 to $500. There may have been one more.

Because of this my credit usage went from about 40% to almost 80% and my credit score dropped 75 points in one day. It went to the low 600's. There were no late's at all. I have a 99% on time payment record. This happened almost a year ago and my score has climbed back up to 688.

Is there a way to overcome this?
