Anyone have this name on their credit? If so how can I get in contact with them? Also can I pay off a loan that was written off? To get it off my credit?

You can get copies of your credit reports from the link below free of charge.

https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action

Simply paying off a loan that was previously written off by the creditor will not remove it from your credit report; that will only be accomplished with the passage of time.
