After using TT for years, I feel I was abandoned by not making the new desktop version compatible with W10. 26% of computers are on Windows 10. I cannot afford a new computer right now. The online version allows only one return, I do three on mine, my own, my aunt, and my son's. This is lazy software testing. As a tester, I tested programs on Firefox, Explorer, Chrome, not just new, but older versions. Only about 13% of computers use Apple OS yet that is compatible. I will not be purchasing TT 2025 online. This is a bonehead move. You have lost me as a customer and many more, I will be purchasing desktop H&R Block this year, one purchase, not three on line versions.
