I married my wife in 2019. She is stationed in Georgia on active duty orders and I work on the same base as a contractor. Her state residency is Alaska where this is no state income tax. I paid Georgia income taxes all year long. Do I qualify for MSRRA under these conditions?

Are you sure? I just want to make sure it's correct. Both my wife and I have Georgia issued driver's license and voter IDs but on her LES for the military, it indicates her Home of Residence is Alaska. I paid Georgia state taxes all year long on my own income so I want to make sure I really fall under MSRRA because in that case, I believe I'd be owed back ALL Georgia state taxes that I paid.

You will be owed ALL Georgia state taxes that you paid. Confirm this with a JAG. Also have your employer stop withholding GA taxes.
