      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are not normally required to file a tax return if your only source of income is from social security, that is why you can't e-file your tax return. You can mail the tax return in&amp;nbsp;if you want, but if you are not required to file a tax return, you should not do so unless you have a good reason.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You are not normally required to file a federal or NC state tax return if your only source of income is from social security.&amp;nbsp; So, why are you trying to file an NC return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
