How can I fix this error - "Check This Entry, 1040/1040SR Wks: Excessive FICA withheld: Excess Social Security or Tier 1RRTA Tax Withheld should not have a value......"

I'm at the last step - filing. After I chose "efile" and went through a few screens about me and my wife's driver license, I came to a screen letting me to "Fix Federal Return". After I clicked it, I came to a screen saying "Check This Entry: 1040/1040SR Wks: Excessive FICA withheld: Excess Social Security or Tier 1RRTA Tax Withheld should not have a value. Neither spouse has more than 1 W-2 in the return". The value in the field labeled as "Excess FICA withheld" was "1.". I removed it and hit button "Continue", then the screen telling me to "fix Federal Return" showed up again. The only other option is to "File by Mail", which I don't want to. Anybody's got similar experience and how you fixed it eventually? Thanks a lot!
