The drop down list for box 7 doesn't look like this? What code do you have? Do you have 2 codes listed? There are 2 boxes for box 7 if you have 2 letters or numbers listed.

There is no code "Y" for box 7. Are you sure that the code is not a "7" - the same as the box number and the Y is in the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box next to box 7 to indicate Yes it is an IRA?
