If your are unable to clear the form or go back, you can follow these steps in order to remove the Tax Credit from your refund:

Click "My Account" located near the top of your screen
Click "Tools" from the drop down menu
Select "Delete a form" in the "Other helpful links" section of the Tools Center
Scroll down on the "Review form List" screen to find "1099-Misc" and click "Delete" next to that form
Confirm your selection on the "Delete Selected Form" screen
