1099-R form not available

TurboTax software says the 1099-R forms are not available. When will the software be updated so I can file my taxes?

The 1099-R form has been available for weeks now.

Try the following:
A)

...Save your tax file and Exit TurboTax....then:

1) right click TurboTax 2019 icon

2) Select … Properties

3) Select the Compatibility tab

4) In the "Settings" box … check the box to "Run this program as an administrator"

5) Apply...OK...then restart the program and try again

B) Still a no go? Try the following:

1) Shut down Turbotax

2) Do a full computer reboot

3) Download and install the following Manual update (Can take 5-10 min to install):

4) restart Turbotax and check for it again .
