Was it not entered in medical expenses on Schedule A? Did include entries in both Box 5 of the 1099-R and on the screen titled, "Enter Health Insurance Amount from Box 5"?

“Enter health insurance amount in block 5” did not show up.

Make sure that you chose CSA 1099-R Civil Service Annuity on the screen that asks "Tell Us Which 1099-R..."

Next, make sure that you entered an amount in Box 5 in the program.

After all the entries for the 1099-R, the next screen will ask, "Were You Employed as a Public Safety Officer?"

The screen after that says, " Enter Health Insurance Amount from Box 5" and give you a box to enter the insurance.
