New information has been made available. The problem is expected to be resolved by February 14th.

Just to be clear, is this why I continually get bogus errors telling me the SSN is not valid - even though it is? And when I select "paper file", I just get bounced between the same 2 screens that never allow me to proceed? Would be nice if TurboTax would show a banner indicating the error is on their end to help eliminate the frustration on my end.
