    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please follow the directions below to enter your Form 1099-C:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Log in and open your return&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click the&lt;STRONG&gt; Search box &lt;/STRONG&gt;in the top-right screen, and type &lt;STRONG&gt;Form 1099-C,&lt;/STRONG&gt; and select the&lt;EM&gt; jump to link &lt;/EM&gt;in the search results.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;On the next screen, select&lt;STRONG&gt; Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;EM&gt;the type&lt;/EM&gt; of cancelled debt you had.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Follow the interview prompts to finish filing your cancelled debt.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you received a Form 1099-C for your main home and a Form 1099-C for other cancelled debt, you will not be able to use Turbotax as our software does not support this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
