    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't understand what you want where it says "Enter the amount in box 5 of your Form SSA-1099 and/or Form RRB-1099 received in 2018 and already reported on your 2018 return (This is not common)..&amp;nbsp; It looks like you want what I entered from my 2018 SSA-1099 form.. since that is not uncommon I think you may want something else???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From time to time your Social Security is delayed and it will carry over into the next year.&amp;nbsp; The SSA-1099-SM is reporting that exact event.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you got the full payment stated on the form in 2019 there is nothing additional to report.&amp;nbsp; If a part or all of the income noted on the statement was actually received in 2018 (This is unusual) it would be posted in that area.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
