It depends.

If you are issuing the 1099 Forms, you can correct them and marked them as "Corrected", and then reissue them.

If you received the 1099 Form, you would need to contact the entity/person who issued it to you to notify them of the error.

Thanks the 1099 is fine, however when I used Turbo Tax there was an error on the State and City. Can i correct these errors
