In addition to the information shared by user michaelmcguigan, you may be seeing the message that you do not qualify for the credit because you do not have a tax liability on your return.

The Saver's Credit is a non-refundable credit. If there is no tax liability, there is no need to claim the credit because it will not add directly to your refund.
