      <description>&lt;P&gt;hard to tell, it's been the same way for many years.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;...anytime you Edit a 1099-R, some of the followup questions reset because it doesn't know ahead of time exactly why you are editing the form....so you have to carefully re-answer some questions all over again.&amp;nbsp; IF you get it right, don't re-visit unless you think you mis-answered some of the questions.&lt;/P&gt;
