Yes, line 13 on the software W-2 should be marked too....because it can have an effect on whether you are allowed to make deductible contributions to an IRA, or to a ROTH IRA.

If you made no contributions to an IRA or ROTH IRA during 2019, then it may not be critical (if you've already filed) But if you haven't filed yet, edit the W-2 and make sure it's X'ed.
