To enter a 1099-C into TurboTax follow these instructions:

Select Search on the top right hand side of your screen,
Enter 1099-C,
Select Jump to 1099-C,
Follow the online instructions.

I can’t find form 1099 c to add to my tax return . I searched in the search tab for it and when I click on the jump to section it does nothing but stays on same screen .

To report the 1099-C please follow the steps below:

Log in to your account .
Go to Wages and Income.
Click on Add more income
Scroll down to Less Common Income and click show more.
Click on Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C and click Start.
Scroll to Cancellation of Debt (Form 1099-C).
