      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are looking at your total Medical expense number, it also includes any Medicare &lt;U&gt;premiums&lt;/U&gt; listed on your SSA-1099. These were recorded when you entered that form.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
