      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only if you itemized in 2014 and took a deduction for state tax paid.&amp;nbsp; Then the refund that was previously deducted must be included as income.&amp;nbsp; If you did not itemize and took the standard deduction in 2014, then it is not necessary to enter the refund.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
