    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can toss those if you don't think you will owe more than $1000 next year at tax time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neither the IRS, nor state are informed that the forms were prepared and are not expecting to receive them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes...the default is for the software to assume next year will be similar to this year.&amp;nbsp; There was a way to go thru calculations to see if the 1040ES's were actually needed, but not worth worrying about now.&amp;nbsp; If you do expect higher income this year, just make sure your withholding is adjusted to match (if possible)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
