&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are making the IRA contributions for the 2017 tax
year and you reported these contributions on your 2017 tax return that has
already been filed, then &lt;B&gt;there is
nothing else that you need to send to the IRS with regard to those
contributions. &lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The financial institution where you are making the
contributions will report the total amount contributed to the IRS for them to
reconcile it with your return that was filed.&amp;nbsp;
&lt;/P&gt;
