    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wife submitted correct instructions to IRA management company when she turned 70 1/2 in 2016 to take out her RMDs for 2016 and 2017 in the year 2017.&amp;nbsp; However, the company only took out the RMD for 2017.&amp;nbsp; Company admits they made an error and sent her a letter indicating they made a mistake and my wife was not responsible.&amp;nbsp; They also sent her a check for the remaining 2017 RMD in March 2018.&amp;nbsp; How do we report this and submit the proper documentation through Turbo Tax?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

you’ll need to print and mail your return, and attach the document to the
return.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
