    <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife and I filed married but separately the last 2 yrs and my wife currently owes $6800 for 2015/2016 is on a pymt plan.2017 we are filing jointly and will be owing another $6700.Are we still able to create a payment plan? or will the IRS not allow us to since now we will be owing $13,500&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if they do let us make a payment plan will they put a lien on our bank accounts or do wage garnishments or how does this work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
