      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's fine because you want to list yourself as the Taxpayer and your deceased husband as the spouse on your tax return so that you can use the same account next year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will file married filing jointly as usual but you will select that he is deceased and &lt;B&gt;TurboTax &lt;/B&gt;will ask the date of death. If you do not remarry before December 31st in 2017, you will also be able to use the married filing jointly status for 2017 as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
