      <description>&lt;P&gt;In her Personal Info Section&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If she claimed herself you cannot claim her.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If she selected &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;B&gt;Someone else can claim me as a dependent on their tax return&lt;/B&gt;, &lt;/SPAN&gt; you could claim her as a dependent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
