&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;SPAN&gt;Your required minimum distribution (RMD) is the minimum amount you must withdraw from your account each year.&amp;nbsp; Since you are &lt;I&gt;already &lt;/I&gt;getting distributions from your retirement plan, you're OK and don't have to worry about RMDs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;
