If you had two or more employers and the total Social Security taxes withheld was greater than $7,347 then the excess taxes are entered on your tax return Form 1040 Line 71 as a tax payment. Any tax refund that you receive from your tax return will have the excess taxes withheld included in the refund, they are not separate refund.
