      <description>The important thing to look for in that box is property taxes paid. However, not all lenders include that, so you may &amp;nbsp;have to look at your property tax statement from your municipality or your year end mortgage statement. Note: if you just bought your home in the given tax year, the amount of property tax you paid is likely less than what could be listed as the seller usually prorates the property taxes at the time of sale and gives that to the buyer.</description>
