There is a small check box underneath box 1b. When you click that checkbox, the rest of the 1099DIV form will open up and you can enter your amounts for 2b and 3. See attached screenshot

If you need to get back to the 1099-DIV section, the easiest way is to use the search function

Log into your account
Click Take Me to My Return (must click this first)
Use the search icon in upper right hand corner (looks like a magnifying glass)
Search for “1099DIV”
Click the "jump to 1099DIV" link
This will bring you to the 1099DIV summary page
