topic same issue with turbotax premier in Retirement tax questions

Try to enter a state tax refund in the federal form, error "You already have entered amounts for this state or locality", but not yet entered amounts for this item. Bug.

Answer to previous questioner did not understand them -- answerer assumed they were adding second refund, but they are not -- this is a bug, gives error on first entry.
