      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Yes&lt;/B&gt;, you have to claim it in both states. TurboTax will help you enter the correct portion to each state.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;SPAN&gt;Each TurboTax state income tax return software has&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;income allocation screens&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;(&lt;I&gt;see the screenshot below&lt;/I&gt;) so you may enter/allocate amounts to
each state that may be taxable to each state.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Because the 1099-R doesn't
     show when you received the money, you&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;enter
     the amount distributed while you lived in each state.&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;If it was a single
     distribution, enter the entire amount in the state you lived in at the
     time you received the money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;If you were receiving monthly
     or quarterly payments, then divide the money up to indicate the amount you
     received while living in each state.&lt;/LI&gt;

in the federal income section of TurboTax:&lt;/U&gt;
