The Form 1099-G is reported and potentially taxable if yo...

The Form 1099-G is reported and potentially taxable if you itemized deductions using Schedule A on your 2014 tax return. If you claimed the Standard Deduction, it is not taxable.

Where to enter Form 1099-G: While inside the software and working
on your return, type 1099-G in the Search at the
top of the screen (you may see a magnifying glass there). There will be a
popup that says Jump to 1099-G. Select that
to get to the general area.

If you moved during the year, you will file a part-year tax return for each state. You will prepare the state from which you moved first, then the state you moved to. You will allocate the income earned in each state to the appropriate state so you are not double-taxed on that income.

How do I file if I moved to a different
state last year?
