      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Non-cash contributions are gifts of property with no restrictions placed on them&lt;/B&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Examples would be clothes, books, dishes given to Goodwill.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Also such things as cars or art given to a church or charitable organization for their use or sale.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;A check is&lt;/B&gt; cash equivalent, in other words the&lt;B&gt; same as cash&lt;/B&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
