      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;It depends. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;What determines whether you need to report the information or not is Box 1, distribution. &amp;nbsp;If that number is zero, then you do not need to report the form. &amp;nbsp;However, even though there is no&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;taxable&lt;/I&gt; distribution, you are required to report the distribution. &amp;nbsp;For instance, if the box 7 code is a G, showing a rollover, this is not taxable, but it is reportable. &amp;nbsp;The same is true if it is a Roth distribution. &amp;nbsp;But if for some reason you received a form stating zero distribution, this would not need to be reported on the return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
