Does one of these 1099-Rs have the Corrected box at the top checked? If so, enter only the corrected 1099-R.

Did you really get only one distribution from that retirement fund? Can you prove this by looking at your checking account? Have you called the retirement plan administrator to ask why you got 2 1099-Rs?

If you really received only one distribution, then enter just one of the 1099-Rs (I assume that they are identical), but keep them both in your tax file with a note to yourself on what you did and why.

The IRS may ask about this (by mail, only) if they get two 1099-Rs and wonder why you didn't report it. But if it's an error on the part of the retirement plan administrator, you just need to explain that in your reply to the IRS.
