That goes on Schedule A as an Itemized Deduction(s). To enter your contributions in Turbo Tax, follow these steps:

Log into your tax return
In the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen, type in "Schedule A" and click the "Jump to Schedule A" link when it comes up
Turbo Tax will begin to ask you about other available itemized deduction you want to take
Once you've answered these questions, you will be brought to a page that has several options of itemized deductions to choose from
Click the Start button for the Charitable Donations (see screenshot below)
Turbo Tax will then ask you specific questions about your donations
