  &lt;SPAN&gt;If you did not spend any money out of your HSA, you will not need the
Form.&amp;nbsp; If you had &lt;I&gt;contributions &lt;/I&gt;(even through work), you will still need to file Form
8889 to report these.&amp;nbsp; But if you had
neither contributions to nor payments from your HSA you will have nothing to
file on your HSA.&amp;nbsp; Keep your records,
though, as always&lt;/SPAN&gt;
