I Live in DC (all year) and worked in Maryland (first 6 months). Maryland state tax was withheld all six months. Following TurboTax instructions, I am filing returns for both states, but set my Maryland income to zero. TurboTax gives me a box to check "Was Maryland Tax Withheld in Error". Do I Check it?
