      <description>Sounds as though you have a regular pension distribution statement (end of year).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Northern Trust issued 1099-R forms (not sure when, they are not dated).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Envelope looks much like those used for normal distributions.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;They are marked as tax documents albeit in pretty much a normal font that can be easily overlooked.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I had to search for same as I missed it when it arrived.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;l</description>

      <description>Can I get them to email me another as tax is fue Tuesday. I know gross amount and taxes taken but it is not a 1099 form. I am freaking out that I do not have it.</description>
