Why is there an error in my calculation of my RMD when I said I did not receive the whole RMD and did pay a tax on the total amount?

My RMD was $572.79. They took tax in the amount of $57.28 and forwarded me a check for $515.51, which is what I have done for 8 years.

You need to answer that you received the whole thing (RMD) and the more withheld for taxes is considered to be constructively received by you as it is applied to the tax return as taxes paid in when you file.

This will correct the error.
