      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the 1099-G is for Unemployment, you can go to &lt;A href="https://secure.emp.state.or.us/ocs4/index.cfm" target="_blank"&gt;Online Claim System&lt;/A&gt; to get a copy of the 1099-G which should have the number. &amp;nbsp;Some states are using different numbers so it is best to get the information correct. &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;@Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
