The e-file version should be available from the IRS sometime in April. With the many hurricanes and other disasters in 2017, as well as the major tax legislation that Congress passed in December, the IRS has a lot of work to do in a very short period of time.

The "Form 8915, Qualified Hurricane Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments" is available in print version. You will need to print and mail in your tax return as the IRS has not released the e-file version of the form, if you don't want to wait or you can't wait because of a balance due.
