    <description>&lt;P&gt;The e-file version should be available from the IRS sometime in April.&amp;nbsp; With the many hurricanes and other disasters in 2017, as well as the&amp;nbsp;major&amp;nbsp;tax legislation that Congress passed in December, the IRS has a lot of work to do in a&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;very&lt;/I&gt;&amp;nbsp;short period of time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "&lt;STRONG&gt;Form 8915, Qualified Hurricane Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments" is available&lt;/STRONG&gt; in print version&lt;STRONG&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You will need to print and mail in your tax return as the IRS has not released the e-file version of the form, if you don't want to wait or you can't wait because of a balance due.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
