      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you do not believe you will receive the form from them by the due date,&amp;nbsp; 7/15/2020,&amp;nbsp; I would suggest you to use your pay stub or any related statement to do an estimate and file a substitute W-2. ( See blue link below)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; Note that IRS will be receiving a copy of your Form W-2 if there is one.&amp;nbsp; By you&amp;nbsp;reporting an estimate on your taxes, you will likely carry the minimal interest or penalty incurred upon any adjustments made from IRS.&amp;nbsp; If you have already filed,&amp;nbsp; you will have to wait&amp;nbsp;until your return is either rejected or approved.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If it's rejected&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you can return to the program to add the new information while fixing the error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
