Where is the RMD entered? I am looking on turbo tax and cannot find where the distribution and taxes get entered.

It is not entered as a line item. When you enter the 1099R, you are asked if all or part of the distribution is an RMD. See screenshots. You can go to the entry and edit it and you will see these screens.
